Matt Rohr is a retired Human Resources Executive with extensive staffing experience from individual contributors to P &L level executives.  He last served as Vice President and Senior Human Resource Officer for CNA’s Life and Group Insurance business unit and has designed and executed the staffing strategy for billion dollar global organizations including Aetna, General Electric, and General Motors. Currently, Matt volunteers at the St. Raphael and St. Thomas Job Ministries and speaks at various job search support groups around Chicago.

Dianna Rudd is an Executive Search Consultant and owner of Rudd Executive Search, LLC specializes in Facility Management and Corporate Real Estate on a national basis.  Dianna has over 12 years’ experience in the recruiting industry, as well as, extensive experience in commercial real estate.   Dianna serves as the Career Services Specialist for Northern Illinois Chapter of IFMA (International Facility Managers Association).   www.ruddsearch.com
