Golf Reservation Agent Fun, flexible, fast paced inbound only call center is seeking customer service agents who can deliver excellent service. Our casual environment is conveniently located downtown close to public transportation. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. We have flexible scheduling and staff for hours from 5am to 11pm. All applicants are encouraged to apply but preference will be given to individuals able to meet our scheduling needs. We handle incoming calls for golf reservations and other golf related inquires. Our agents are the first contact with the customer, and are responsible for providing an excellent experience. Agents are able to anticipate customer’s needs and give a great first impression for our clients. The job requires a positive attitude, computer knowledge, and outstanding active listening skills. Strong typing and spelling skills are a must. Agents are expected to be prompt, reliable, have a warm friendly speaking voice, and be customer-focused. Previous customer service experience is desired. Some knowledge of golf is preferred, but not required.
