Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of customer service experience, good communication skills and basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office. Position includes:
· Data entry of orders, check stock, check order status, answer questions.
· Communicating with customers, answering questions and providing quotes.
· Following up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
